How to Reach the Right Team

Different inquiries need different responses, so please indicate which of the following applies to you. A sentence or two of context is enough for us to direct your message appropriately — there is no need to prepare documents or a formal brief before getting in touch.

Hiring Organizations

If you are an employer planning a leadership, engineering, or manufacturing hire, describe the role, the reporting line, and your rough timeline, and we will arrange an initial consultation to discuss scope and approach. It also helps to mention the site or region involved and whether the search needs to be handled confidentially, so we can prepare before we speak.

Senior Candidates

If you are an experienced professional considering your next move, outline your background and the kind of position you are looking for, and we will let you know how we can help, including any relevant searches currently underway. Conversations with candidates are confidential, and we will never share your details with an employer without your explicit agreement.

Other Inquiries

For media, partnership, or general questions, keep your message brief and we will direct it to the appropriate contact internally. If your inquiry is time-sensitive, say so in the first line so we can prioritize it.

What Happens After You Get in Touch

We acknowledge every inquiry so you know it has arrived. From there, an employer inquiry usually moves to a short consultation in which we discuss the role, the reporting line, the market for that skill set, and the search approach that fits — retained, executive, or a more targeted leadership hire. Candidate inquiries begin with a confidential conversation about your experience, what you want from your next position, and whether any current search is a genuine match. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will say so rather than keep the conversation going.
